This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how the AgentsMe collects, uses, protects, and discloses your personal information and the choices you have for managing your privacy preferences. • To register as a member, you will be asked to provide your [name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and credit card information]. If you register as member, we will use your personal information for all purposes related to your membership, including: providing administrative, maintenance, and support services to member accounts and responding to member inquiries, requests, and complaints.

• We will use your personal information for account creation, to send you communications about the AgentsMe (including webinar enrollment), this Privacy Policy, and other important administrative announcements. We may also use your personal information to send you news, updates, announcements, newsletters, and other marketing communications via email. You may opt out of our marketing mailing lists at any time. Once you opt out, we will not reuse your email address for marketing purposes unless you rejoin our marketing lists or otherwise opt in to receive electronic communications from us.

• We may use online survey and feedback forms to gather opinions, comments, suggestions, etc. about AgentsMe. Survey and feedback forms may be completed and submitted by users anonymously without disclosing any personal information. However, should you choose to voluntarily disclose personal information to us, we will collect and use such information pursuant to our legitimate interests to understand your comments, communicate with you regarding your feedback, and make changes to our services accordingly.

• You may submit inquiries to AgentsMe regarding our Site or services. We will use your personal information, including your name, email address, and any other personal information you shared with us in issuing your inquiry pursuant to our legitimate interests of effectively and efficiently communicating with and responding to you.

• We will share your personal information with our network of insurance agents and licensed service providers in order to provide you services. In submitting your personal information to us, you authorize these individuals and entities to contact you regarding insurance services and products. Please note that when your personal information is shared with those individuals and entities, it will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of those individuals and entities.

• We may share personal information with our third-party service providers that help us operate our Site, such as for website hosting, professional services, analytics, registration management, and email delivery. Such service providers must process the personal information we share with them only on our behalf and for the same purposes for which the personal information was collected.

We use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics) on our websites to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We offer you choices and opportunities to opt out of certain uses of your personal information. AgentsMe is located in and operated from the United States. Our Site servers are also located in the United States. CHILDREN’S DATA

Our Site and services are not directed to or targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may periodically revise or update this Privacy Policy. The effective date of Privacy Policy is displayed at the top of the webpage.  If we make a material change to the way we treat your personal information, we will update the Privacy Policy by changing the date and notifying you by other means, including by email. As a licensed insurance agent, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state laws that apply our use of nonpublic personal information. Our financial privacy notice is available To the extent of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and our financial privacy notice, the financial privacy notice will control with respect to your nonpublic personal information regulated by financial privacy laws.
